⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’ve completed first aid training many times over the past 20–30 years, including regular annual updates as a health professional, and I can honestly say Josh’s Emergency First Aid at Work training was the most refreshing and enjoyable I’ve experienced. Refresher training can often feel repetitive, but Josh made it anything but dull. He brings solid experience responding to emergencies, a brilliant sense of humour, engaging acting skills, and even elements of his background as a magician, which made the day both fun and memorable - while never losing sight of the seriousness of the subject matter. Crucially, Josh has a real gift for helping people remember the detail. From CPR to managing anaphylaxis and resuscitation scenarios involving adults and children, the information really landed, and I know it will stay with me. That’s the mark of outstanding training. I’m really looking forward to completing the refresher next month in January. Highly recommend Josh - excellent, engaging, and impactful first aid training. I thought the course was really good. The instructor was knowledgeable and friendly. The structure of the course was set out so it wasn't boring or tiring but maintained my attention throughout. I found it informative and interactive which definitely helped learn techniques or how to manage situations and it challenged my thinking on different situations i may come across and need to help with First Aid. I would recommend.

A very good course, with explanations of why bodily reactions to injuries happen. Meaning a greater understanding of why and which first aid is required. The scenarios were really useful applying our learnt first aid knowledge. Much better than a written assessment / test.
